Why try hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy recognizes that you bring the knowledge you need to each session. The hypnotherapist is there to help you access this knowledge in a safe, rewarding way. When you're in trance, you can:

      Relax deeply, physically and emotionally
      Ask questions and receive direction
Have a conversation with your body about your health
Experience parts of a past life or lives
Communicate with loved ones who have crossed over

What's it like to be in trance?

It can be vivid, with physical sensations, or detached. You might feel strong emotion or simple curiosity. Sometimes it's just dark for a while, and you don't know what's coming next.
Try this: with your eyes open, imagine that you're in your kitchen. Start looking around, noticing what's on the counters, peeking into the refrigerator. It's a different way to "see." Trance can be similar.

Will I lose control?

No. There's a part of you that is always aware of being in the present, and you are always in control. You can change the direction of a session or end it at any time.

Are sessions generally predictable?

Yes and no! For example, most people who come in for a past-life regression will get a glimpse, or more, of a past-life experience. But your inner wisdom calls the shots. If it wants to show you how to give a dazzling presentation at your next meeting instead of taking you to ancient Greece, that's what it will do. What is predictable is that you will receive useful information.
